🔷 How to Use IceWave PatchesEach IceWave set includes 2 patches:    

•   White patch (usually placed on the right side of the body)    

•   Tan or brown patch (usually placed on the left side)

✅ Basic Placement Method    

1    Identify the pain location.    

2    Place the white patch on the right side of the pain.    

3    Place the tan patch on the left side of the pain.

 

💡 If the pain is central, like down the middle of the back, place the white patch slightly to the right and the tan slightly to the left.
